Socialite Kim Kardashian filed a federal lawsuit against gossip website MediaTakeOut.com for insinuating that she faked her infamous Paris robbery.

Gossip tabloid TMZ claims the 35-year-old mother-of-2 filed the lawsuit accusing the gossip website of manufacturing libelous statements about the Paris robbery.

In the court documents, story obtained by TMZ, ask Kim claims MTO used random people to tell lies about her.
