Well luuky here baby!  Kelly Rowland was spotted all boo’d up with her rumored fiance (who is also her manager) Tim Witherspoon last night.  the twosome were hitting up the homie Jay Z‘s concert at the Staples Center.  And they indeed looked happy as pie.

No Dirty Laundry here!  Kelly Rowland seems to be ecstatic with her new status as a bride-to-be.  While hitting up Hov’s concert last night in L.A., the “Kisses Down Low” singer  was spotted waking into the Staples Center holding hands with reported fiance/manager Tim.  It looked like the two were attempting to shield her gorgeous engagement ring from the cameras. “No, he isn’t Zesty!!”
