American hip-hop and R’n’B royalty Jay-Z and Beyonce have just bought themselves a sprawling £5.5million London townhouse.

After looking both in Mayfair and out in the sticks – the Cotswolds – the power couple have chosen a detached property in West London.

They are understood to have exchanged on the pad around four weeks ago.

And billionaires Queen B, purchase 32, and Jay, 44, will quickly recoup the cost of their plush new crib as they’re set to gross over £2million per show for their 20-date US tour.
