Three sexual abuse lawsuits against puppeteer Kevin Clash have been thrown out
for a second time…
Lawsuits filed against puppeteer and former Elmo voice-actor Kevin Clash by three young men accusing him of sexual misconduct with a minor have been dismissed for a second time because the statute of limitations has run out.
The case filed by Sheldon Stephens, try salve the initial accuser who later recanted, is still pending.
