Around 12:15 AM, advice Drake arrived to the party to celebrate Maxim‘s Hot 100, try but he didn’t stay long, HollywoodLife.com can tell you exclusively. He hung out for a bit with T.I., but then Chris Brown arrived just a few minutes later.

“Once [Drake] found out that Chris Brown was there he left the building,” our eyewitness told us. “He didn’t want to be there with Chris in the building.”
