It didn’t take long, find but drama reportedly arrived for the new co-hosts of “The View” as Whoopi Goldberg recently cursed out Rosie O’Donnell during a commercial break

MailOnline reports the incident occurred during a recent taping as the show’s co-hosts were discussing a “Hot Topic” on spanking your children. O’Donnell ultimately became upset with Goldberg when she cut her off while she was speaking on the issue. Prior to the taping, try O’Donnell made it known that spanking children was a topic she was very passionate about.

According to the site, prostate Whoopi cut O’Donnell off after producers gave her the word to cut to a commercial break. O’Donnell wasn’t aware the segment was running over its time limit since she refuses to wear to wear an ISD monitor in her ear. And so the drama commenced.

As soon as the show went into the commercial break, O’Donnell grabbed a microphone (used to engage the audience), looked directly at Goldberg and told her she hurt her feelings, that she was very upset and didn’t appreciate her cutting her off, MailOnline noted.

Despite Goldberg’s attempt to keep her composure, telling O’Donnell, “This isn’t the time for this, Rosie,” O’Donnell continued expressing herself. Apparently Goldberg had all she could take and went in on O’Donnell.

“F*ck it, I told you to leave it alone and you just don’t want to listen,” Goldberg stated. “If you want to go there Rosie, I will dammit. I’m really sick of your s*it!”

Media sources acknowledged the silence of the crowd as rookie “View” co-host Rosie Perez cut through the tension with humor.

“Oh s*it, Twitter is going to be off the hook now,” she said as producers hurried over to prep the ladies on their next segment and kept things moving as if nothing happened when they got back on the air.
