The movie “Girls Trip” was a huge hit and instantly made a star out of Tiffany Haddish, but what’s up with the sequel? Regina Hall recently confirmed that “Girls Trip 2” is in the works, even though she doesn’t know where the characters will go.

Here’s what Regina Hall said about the “Girls Trip” sequel to BuzzFeed News’ “AM to DM”:

We’re trying to make that happen. So we’re trying to get everything together with the schedule. I think they’re working on something. I don’t know where we’re going. I don’t know where the girls are going, but… we’re going somewhere.

No casting changes were mentioned by Regina, so hopefully Queen Latifah, Jada Pinkett Smith and Tiffany Haddish will be back to make us laugh again.
