Michel’le Talkin’
Michel’le Talkin’

On Monday, health Michel’le appeared on the Wendy Williams Show, view promoting her new Lifetime biopic, Surviving Compton: Dre, Suge & Me. Michel’le discussed the years of physical abuse she allegedly suffered from Dr. Dre, along with Suge Knight.

On staying in an abusive relationship with Dr. Dre:

I stayed because it was normal. After the first hit, you don’t think they’re going to do it again. I didn’t call the police because I didn’t want him to go to jail. All the men around me were always going to jail and [would] be gone for years and I didn’t think that was a good idea. I just took it as a way of him showing me he loved me.

Suge Knight being abusive to her at one point in their relationship:

He said he would never hit me again because I was just too little. He said, ‘You’re too little for me to be hitting on.’ And, I appreciated that.

How she’ll react if Dr. Dre tries to sue her over the biopic:

Please take me because you have to do depositions and that’s when you have to tell the truth.

If she would like to return to “R&B Divas: L.A.”:

No, you know we got cancelled!

Michel’le also shares how she was not a good mother to her youngest son and her grandmother co-signed her abusive relationship, suggesting that the abuse was normal.
