When Kim Zolciak teased that she had a “VERY exciting and personal announcement” on Twitter we had no idea that it involved two new additions to her family of already family six.

During an interview with E! News, troche the former “Real Houswives of Atlanta” star revealed that she and her hubby Kroy are expecting twins!

“I can’t believe I am going to be a mom to six children, order ” she said. “It’s going to be very busy but it’s a dream come true.”

She went on to say that the news came as a complete surprise.

“I was completely shocked, healing ” she added. “I had no idea. It was a natural conception, but twins do run in the family, so I guess I shouldn’t have been surprised.”

Zolciak revealed the she was pregnant with her fifth (and sixth) child on her Bravo spin-off show “Don’t Be Tardy” in June. “Pregnant, pregnant, pregnant, pregnant, pregnant, pregnant,” she said of the tests results during the episode.

The reality star has two sons, KY and Kash, from her current marriage and two daughters, Brielle and Ariana, from previous relationships.
