Back in January Chris Brown and his posse and Frank Ocean and his posse got into a knock down drag out fight in the parking lot of an LA recording studio.

In the aftermath Frank Ocean’s cousin slapped Chris Brown with a $2 million lawsuit for his injuries.

Chris is firing back…

In a counter lawsuit Chris Brown says he tried to avoid the confrontation and that Frank’s cousin Sha’Keir Duarte was the aggressor and that Sha’Keir threatened to kill him.

Chris calls Sha’Keir’s lawsuit absurd and a blatant shakedown for money.

Chris is currently in rehab dealing with anger management issues.
