Balancing family time and work isn’t easy, healing but somehow the Carters manage to do it.

Beyonce exclusively releases part four of her Self-Titled documentary, where the “Yonce” songstress shares intimate footage of her life during the beginning recording stages of her fifth studio album.

During the five minute video, Beyonce reveals how she had a brainstorming session with a few of music’s most notable songwriters in The Hamptons. She also reveals how Jay Z asked for her hand in marriage on his birthday, and how her “Partition” video was inspired by their visit to New York City’s Crazy Horse.

Interestingly enough, Beyonce reveals she was 195 pounds when she gave birth to Blue and lost 65 pounds following the birth of her first born child.
