Target Bets Against Beyonce
When Beyonce’s new album becomes available in stores December 20 don’t go looking for it at Target…
Target has decided not to carry Beyonce’s new album after the Queen B sold a staggering 877k copies in the three days following its exclusive release on iTunes.
Target bosses tell Billboard
“At Target we focus on offering our guests a wide assortment of physical CDs, and when a new album is available digitally before it is available physically, it impacts demand and sales projections.”
‘Beyonce’ will be available at Walmart.
