Even while she’s on life support, troche the drama surrounding Bobbi Kristina Brown doesn’t stop.

If you haven’t heard, case controversial character Nick Gordon, cure who is also Bobbi Kristina’s boyfriend, isn’t welcome and has been banned from the hospital, plans to take legal action, according to BK’s cousin Jerod Brown.

Brown told Atlanta’s 11 Alive TV that he’s been in contact with Gordon while Bobbi Kristina fights for her life at Emory University Hospital in Georgia.

“At the moment, he’s not,” said Jerod, when asked if Gordon was allowed access to his girlfriend’s hospital room.

“He’s taking legal action in that matter to get visits to see Krissy right now,” Jerod told the TV station. “I’m in contact with Nick. To be honest with you, Nick is feeling very emotional right now behind all of this. He’s pretty torn about what’s going on.”

Jerod acts as a go-between Gordon and the Brown family, he said, relaying Gordon’s wishes to relatives including Bobbi Kristina’s father Bobby Brown.

“We sit down and talk about things he wants my family to know and what we would love for Krissy to know, and that is that he loves her and is just waiting for her to wake up.”

Gordon has to see himself as the odd man out. Actually it’s worse than that. Now that allegations of foul play are in effect and the matter has been deemed a criminal investigation, Bobbi Kristina’s aunt, Leola Brown, is straight saying his hands are dirty.

“I believe Nick Gordon will be charged with this,” Leolah Brown previously said. “I hope that he will be charged with this, as well. Soon. I really do.”
